The rates do not include deposit($400.00 monthly) . We do not charge a reservation fee or a cleaning fee because we are not a hotel or motel. Please leave the house clean for the next rentors. Sorry but we don't accept credit cards. Personal checks or Paypal online payments only. Please pay your deposit of $400. by Paypal to memesgarage@aol.com with your reservation information. Your balance, the monthly or weekly rental should be received well in advance so that the check will have time to clear before your arrival (or you may pay by paypal if you wish)
This house has a good sized backyard with a wood and stone back deck. The front porch has stone steps but there is a railing on one side. There is a stainless steel LP gas grill built in to the back deck. We area privately owned home, therefore, we do NOT supply any personal items, personal appliances such as hair dryers, linens, towels, surf gear, fishing gear, bikes, or other items. These must be brought with you or provided through a rental agency at your expense. The house is furnished, has beds that will comfortably sleep 8-10 with one Pack N Play provided. There is a game library, a reading library, direct tv 150 channels including local chanels. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses provided.
A telephone with local service is provided as is computer wi-fi. no smoking and no pets; no exceptions. No fraternity house parties.
