This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has just recently been totally renovated. New stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Corianne counters. Double door refrigerator with ice maker. (water, crushed ice in door). Gas fire place. Instant on Gas water heater. Washer and dryer. Jacuzzi tub in main bathroom. Shower in master bathroom. Sleeps 6+ comfortably. Furnished except for personal items, linens, towels, food, etc. Direct tv in livingroom with Large back deck with built in grill. Front porch for sitting and watching the neighbors. New heating and air installed December 2009.
We do not supply food items, linens, towels, summer outdoor accessories, fishing equipment, personal appliances such as hair dryers, bikes, or other personal items. You should bring these with you or you may rent them on the island through agencies that are there.
Your fee includes all utilities, trash pick up, 150 channel Direct Tv with local stations, LP gas water heater and fireplace, computer wi-fi access.
there is a (monthly) $250.00 deposit (100.00/weekly)returnable if there is no damage, breakage or theft.The deposit fee should be received with your reservation and monthly fee.(for weekly rental, the rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to the date of rental).Please leave the house as clean as you find it. We do not charge a cleaning fee nor do we clean the premises while you are there. If you wish to have maid service there are agencies on the island that will provide this for you as well as towels, linens, etc.
No smoking or pets. Sorry...............If you decide to have either on the property, you will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded. We reserve the right to conduct property inspections during your stay at our discretion.

Rental cars available through Enterprise and Hertz locally. Rent scooters, electric cars and more through local businesses.
