Why stay on the mainland in a hotel when you can stay in a suite in a private house on the island a walk from the beach or a 3 min. drive from the beachfront cabanas and lifeguards. You will be able to get to the Food Lion Supermarket in record time and it is open 24 hrs. in the summer months for your convenience. Visit the shops and the restaurants that are all very close by. Ride your bike up to the Flying Pig for a cup of coffee and to chat with other visitors. Walk down Yacht Drive to the marina and watch the boats or put your own in the water via the public boat ramp. Check out the park there or walk down to the nature park a few streets further and let the kiddies see the animals in the nature center. There is a great park next to the Police department and City Hall on 46th Street.
Hazel's Mother-in-Law suite is suite #1. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio with a private entrance at the front of our family home. It is an open plan with living area, kitchen and dining area, bath with tub and shower, and bedroom with queen bed. The couch in the livingroom pulls out into a queen bed. The suite will accommodate 4 maximum. It is locked out from the rest of the house for complete privacy. Choose a door-1 bed or 2 bed suites
Renting for the first time this summer will be a 2 bedroom/1 bth suite with large eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, livingroom with pull out king sized sofa bed . Televison with local channels and some satellite or cable channels. There are two full bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds and a futon and the other with a queen bed. There is plenty of reading material, games, puzzles and some toys in case you forget your own. We offer a small television in the kitchen with a built in DVD player for children to watch cartoons and children's movies away from the adults. We will begin renting this suit in time for the 4th of July holiday so be on the look-out for it to show up in the listings.
